How to unlock the Mr. Climax achievement in Yakuza 5 Remastered - Definitive Guide
Each character has one default Climax Heat move, and two more you can unlock from training. You'll need to fill the red circle left of the health bar by performing 10 heat actions before you can trigger one. Press when you see a red prompt.

Saejima
Unlock Tendo in the hunting village. You need to offer a carrot (get from the trader) to the village shrine.

Tiger Essence of Braining - unlock from Tendo’s training part 3 (need to offer meat from a small animal). Grab an enemy and press .

Once you have them all unlocked, you can check which you still need to perform under completion list > heat actions > climax heat. (seems obvious but I know some people seem to have issues with stuff counting in general)

Each character has 3 climax finishers. The red icon next to life is responsible for menopause. During the battle, the red bar fills up and when the icon glows, you can perform a climax movement. Let me add that not all climax movements are done as I described above. Some are done with grabbing the opponent or grabbing him by a certain part of the body (legs).

Sonichero's clue with a typo. The conditions for Akiyama's last two Climaxes are mixed up.
Meteor strike is done with taunt/taunt, but Final drive is done in the air.
