Each character has one default Climax Heat move, and two more you can unlock from training. You'll need to fill the red circle left of the health bar by performing 10 heat actions before you can trigger one. Press

Once you have them all unlocked, you can check which you still need to perform under completion list > heat actions > climax heat. (seems obvious but I know some people seem to have issues with stuff counting in general)

Sonichero's clue with a typo. The conditions for Akiyama's last two Climaxes are mixed up.
