When the speech bubble is broken, attack the shareholder with their weakness, they will have a symbol with the type they are, just attack with the appropriate colour they are weak to.
Or if you get the SSR employees, some of them can do a lot of damage regardless of the typing.
Do enough successful cycles of Open for Business and Shareholder Meeting and your stock will climb to the top spot. And Eri will reach bond level 5 and unlock the achievement
