Yakuza: Like a Dragon

There are more than enough minigames in the game to do this but here are the ones that you need the most:

Can Quest
He has items you need for some Part-Time Hero Tasks. Also a lot of personality boosting items.
UFO Catcher - located in Club SEGA or Sasaki Arcade
Prizes you need for some Part-Time Hero Tasks
Casino (Poker/Black Jack) - need lv. 4 Style to enter public restroom near Chinatown. Inner stall, hidden door.
You can trade in tokens for Job Exp boost accessories for Musician and Clerk. And 3 weapons.
Management Mode - Unlocks in Chapter 5 as part of the story
You can unlock a new character, and getting to number 1 in the minigame will give you 3 millions every 10 minutes. It is about the time it takes to do four business weeks and a shareholder meeting. Also several achievements.
MIRAI Batting Center
You can trade in points for regular XP boost accessories. (Not job rank)
Dragon Kart
Has an achievement
Seagull Cinema
Has an achievement
Ounabara Vocational School
Has an achievement. Will also unlock two substories. One for finding it, and one for getting 10 tests passed.

Playing them as part of story missions do not count, you have to go back.

So that is 8 out of 10. For the two last: PIA is cheap. Heaven's Golf is easy. If it still hasn't unlocked then do a round of Shogi which is in your usual surroundings anyway.

This is just a tip, but the arcade counts as 1 minigame. I was confused as to was I didn't get the achievement after playing all the arcade games. You also need to play a minimum of 11 minigames, some of which you play as part of the story. I blew 50,000 Yen on Mahjong, exited out (because every time I play, the minigame leaves a nasty taste in my mouth), and got the achievement. Besides, I could afford to lose the money after getting my business to number 1.
