Yooka-Laylee (EP)

The easiest is very early in the game. After entering the first grand tome world, TribalStack Tropics, look to the right of the entrance platform, BEFORE rolling up the hill, for a ramp leading down. At the bottom is a ghost that doesn't require special tactics!

The Ghost Writers are the equivalent of Jinjos in the Banjo-Kazooie universe.

Once you make your way into the first "world" (not the intro before you enter the gate into Hivory Towers), you will be walking around and see random ghosts standing around waiting for you to interact with them in some form or another (I ran into one that I just attacked and destroyed..I couldn't interact with others until I learned new moves from Trowzer).

Attacked the ghost and he explained the Ghost Writers to me. There are 5 per level, so plenty of opportunities to get this and almost impossible to miss.
