The one in TribalStack Tropics is easiest by far, only requiring 60 gems. You can unlock it by expanding the world for 3 pagies and climbing the monument at the back of the level. You don't even have to adjust your speed, just try to get a few 5 point yellow gems and avoid obstacles since they reduce your gem count.

Kartos is a talking minecart that you can find in all of the Grand Tome Worlds, mostly after expanding them. As soon as you find him, talk to him and he'll offer to take you on a ride around the world, granting you a Pagie if you manage to obtain enough gems during the process. He will let you know how many gems are enough and as soon as he grant you his Pagie, the trophy will unlock.
