After buying Buddy Slam from Trowzer in TribalStack Tropics, you can return to the golden statue room in Hiviry Towers. Go up the ramp like you did to get your first pagie, but stop at the enemy and U-turn sign. Use the roll ability to reach the top platform. Once there, use body slam on the switch to open the door. Inside will be the first quiz! You need to move 10 spaces before losing 3 life with incorrect answers. A correct answer moves you one space while a correct answer in 5 seconds or less moves you 2!

For some reason my achievement didn't pop when i finished this one, i failed once and lost one life the second time. Idk if its a glitch or a delayed pop, but i'll check again later today

It seems other achievements aren't popping for other players as well. There are a total of 3 quizzes in the game if you decide to continue, otherwise a new save wouldn't be hard to get to that point. Just run through the tutorial and buy Buddy Slam for 30 quills in world 1, then you can do the quiz again.

Story related. Cannot be missed.

You will encounter Dr. Quack and his quizzes for the first time when you're on your way towards the second Grand Tome world. He will ask you a bunch of questions regarding the NPCs in the game, your personal stats (quills, Pagies, playtime etc.) and many more but are usually pretty easy if you've paid attention.

To complete a quiz, you have to reach the other side of the "quiz-bridge" by answering enough questions correctly. Quick answers (less than 5 seconds) let you move ahead 2 spaces, slow answers only 1. If you answer wrong, then you will lose one of the 3 lives you have.
