Shipwreck Creek: After obtaining your first pagie and returning to Trowzer to learn Reptile Roll, head back toward Shipwreck Creek. Stop after defeating the enemies beyond the tunnel. To the left is a ramp that you can use your roll and jump from to reach the grassy platform above the tutorial zone. That is where you will find the health extender! Alternatively, use Flappy Flight like a cheater!

TribalStack Tropics: After expanding, make your way about halfway up the monument in the back. There, you will find a "cage" in the cliff face. Just do some light platforming and another butterfly container is yours!

Glitter Glacier: After expanding and defeating the world boss, return to the main entrance to the ice palace. The butterfly extender is above Vendi in the corner. To reach it, you must use the heat vent to reach a series of sliding platforms and put your jump skills to the test! Alternatively, use Flappy Flight to bypass the platforming.

MoodyMaze Marsh: After expanding, head across the logs to the new area. In the center I a small pond with a wooden structure in the middle. The extra butterfly capacity upgrade is in the water, guarded by jellyfish!

Capital Cashino: The extra health capacity upgrade is in the chandelier above the golden fountain, in the center of the world. You may be able to reach it using the blast from the fountain, but using the transformation of Dr. Puzz makes it way easier! The MollyCool is in the slot machine right next to her.

Galleon Galaxy: After expanding, head to the small island to the right of the giant asteroid with the green ramp leading to it (Velocity Junction). Once on the island, head inside the structure via the upper level. After getting the pagie in the aquarium puzzle, continue going up one more floor and you will find the life extender!
