After purchasing Sonar Shot from Trowzer in TribalStack Tropics, use it on the sleeping pillar behind him. Once at the top, look for a series of floating platforms. At the end of them is the MollyCool. After getting it, just drop down and find Dr. Puzz nearby. Give her the MollyCool and press A on the platform to be transformed!

I did this but the achievement isn’t popping for me. Possible glitch on this one.

There are a few steps involved in getting this trophy.
First, you need to have purchased Sonar Shot from Trowzer. After you have done that, you need to use the move on the totem behind Trowzer to show you a platform that you can use to get to the second floor.
Once on the second floor, look out to find a series of platforms that you need to take out to a pillar on the end. On this pillar is Mollycool.
After getting Mollycool, drop down to find Dr. Puzz. Speak with her and give her the Mollycool. You can then step on the platform and press
to be transformed.

Dr. Puzz is located in all of the Grand Tome Worlds - sometimes you have to extend the world to find her or complete a quests so that she appears and other times you can simply find her from the get-go. More importantly though, she always requires a worlds Mollycool before she is willing to help you out with a fancy transformation.
Once you've found the Mollycool, talk to Dr. Puzz and she will explain the whole process to you.
