Technically speaking, all you need is 31 pagies, with at least one from each of the first 4 worlds, and a few moves. Just go to where Trowzer says he'll be to learn a new move for free that will lead you to the next grand tome world.

Use the tutorial pagie to unlock world 1. It is up the ramps, past the pagie in a cagie. You will need to use the roll.

After getting 3 more pages as well as buddy slam and slurp shot from world 1, return to the golden statue room and start climbing up where the first page was, but stop at the enemy and U-turn sign. Use your roll to get to the top and buddy slam the switch. After the quiz, continue to the platforms on the right, where you will find Trowzer. Use glide to get across the gap and open world 2.

After getting 5 more pagies, with at least one in world 2, return to where you last saw Trowzer in Hivory Tower and look behind the flying enemies for the entrance to the archive. To unlock it, you must head back toward the entrance to the area, by the corplet enemies, where you will find a side passage with a frozen plant. Use its ammo on the switch at the archive door to open it. Once inside, look for the neon arrow in the back that points to Trowzer. After learning and using the new ability, progress through the newly opened door. Inside, jump in the water and use your new ability. Find the wall of bubbles near a jack-o-lantern and walk through. Then exit the water and jump to world 3.

After getting 10 more pages and lizard lash from world 3, rturn to the world 3 pedestal. Beyond the enemies is a grappling point leading to another grappling point. When you encounter enemies again, go through the GA in the red pipes to progress. Cross the bridges and continue past Vendi to find Trowzer. Use his new free move to continue into the next area and down the ramps, beyond the sleeping enemy to find a tube. Use your new ability to buddy slam the switch to access world 4.

After getting 12 more pages, with at least one from world 4, return to where you saw Trowzer last in Hivory Tower, but go right past the giant green letters and across the toxic river to find him again. Use the new free ability to follow the canyon to the top then go through the hole on the left to find world 5!

Grand Tome 1 - Tribalstack Tropics - 1 Pagie
After learning the roll move, roll up the right ramps from the main area to the book.

Grand Tome 2 - Glitterglaze Glacier - 3 Pagies
From the golden statue idol room, use roll and buddy slam to get through the door the top of the ramps. Complete the quiz, and in the next room, find Trowzer on the right hand side where he'll teach you how to glide. Glide across the gap and find the book at the end of this area.

Grand Tome 3 - Moodymaze Marsh - 5 Pagies
Make your way across the hall from the previous book and use slurp shot to open the door to the Archives room. Learn the water bubble move from Trowzer, go into the tank and use Buddy Slam to open the secret bookcase. Go into the next area, use the bubble and find the underwater path to the next book.

Grand Tome 4 - Captial Cashino - 10 Pagies
You'll need to learn the grapple move from Trowzer in Moodymaze Marsh. After exiting this area, you'll notice a grapple point in front of you, and another one shortly after. You'll get into a new room and you'll be able to find a door here. Go through and complete the quiz, then, once in the next area, find Trowzer to learn the Stealth move. Use stealth to get past the gate, and use stealth again to trigger the button, unlock the book.

Grand Tome 5 - Galleon Galaxy - 12 Pagies
After coming out of the Cashino, you'll be able to find Trowzer near the green sludge river and he will teach you how to fly. Once you've learned it, fly up the river, and the find the book in a building to the left as you enter the area.
