This should come with just playing the game as long as you make sure you answer all your questions within the first 3 seconds. This is cumulative so it can be done over multiple games. Just make sure that you answer 10 questions wrong within the first 3 seconds and the trophy will pop right after the 10th time!

The easiest way to get this trophy is to know the correct answers and remember their “button”, write it down on a piece of paper to be sure. So, as soon as the question starts, press any other button except the correct one and so on for all questions, if you don’t get it this episode, replay it, the trophy is yours.
