Upon the completion of the C Team's Infirmary Quest, you are tasked with picking an antidote out of eight possible lettered choices. The antidote is randomised every time, however the character dialogue that gives it away is not. Answers as follows:
A - No one has a reaction
B - Akane's tongue goes numb
C - Junpei's tongue goes numb
D - Akane and Junpei both have numb tongues
E - Carlos' tongue goes numb
F - Akane and Carlos both have numb tongues
G - Carlos and Junpei both have numb tongues
H - Everyone has numb tongues
The achievement will unlock after picking the correct letter. You'll have to do this scenario twice, as there's an achievement for seeing all possible endings so just pick the wrong answer when you repeat this.
