Still in Akrotiri, the priest will give you a coin. Give the coin to the farmer and exchange it for the donkey. Pick the donkey up (talk to it and ask it to come with you). Then, go to the world map, and use the donkey on Port. This will give you some dialogue and unlock this achievement.
