Take the other shield to the Volcano, and give it to the bird. The bird will give you the gold egg, combine them in your inventory to complete the shield.
Go to Akrotiri, and use your charged spear on the Apollo statue's head to reattach it to the body. Then use it again on the completed statue.
Now, go to Thirissia, and put the charcoal on top of the ashes at the top of the hill. Put the metal pole just above it to the left so it hangs above. Light the charcoal with your torch so the pole bends, then put your round rock on it. Finally, put the shield on the round rock and this will unlock.
