From the world map, go to Akrotiri, and talk to the farmer about his grapes. Go to the left and pick up the stones down from where the guy is doing push ups. Exit the area, and go back to the beach.
Give the stones to the man, then take the mirror and go back to Akrotiri.
Use the mirror on the hole in the large stone where next to where you picked up the stones. The grapes will now grow. Collect the grapes, then put them in the wine press below. Get in, and jump around on the grapes. Next, turn the tap to fill the jug, then take the jug and this will unlock.
