I got this one in the second level before the boss battle. Keep shooting the zombies and collecting the money. When you get $20,000, the achievement will pop.

I got it on the first chapter, just walk very slowly and kill everything making sure you pick up everything dropped.

This is an easy to get trophy. Money is the green glowing object you can find after killing zombies.
As soon as you kill some zombies, rush through to get the money because if you don't then it will disappear. The easiest levels to get this trophy are 2 & 4. You can get them at any level you see fit.
