This one is earned in the second level in story mode. Keep shooting the zombies until the sheriff zombie boss appears. Kill him. Keep shooting him until he dies.

This trophy will appear naturally within your First playthrough. Damned zombies are different than normal zombies that appear in some levels. You will have to kill some of them in order to finish some levels. Just be sure that you kill him before your AI comrades do.
