Go to the multiplayer menu, select host, then class. Have your buddy search for a quick class (since no one plays this, chances are he will find you). Then start the class. You will have to go through the full class for the achievement to pop.
Go through and play the class, move if you feel like it. At least do 30 seconds so you score a point or two. And voila.
