This achievement will only be available when you reach level 50 in multiplayer.
Techniques to level up quicker
From experience i have found that the best guns to use are assault rifles and shotguns, especially on dark maps as you can have really good cover. Always aim for the upper body and don't stop shooting until you see them die. That leads me on to say that if you are host then you will win 90% of gun fights thanks to lag compensation.
Back onto task, when you are level 50 you will need to select "specialization mode" in the multiplayer menu which will unlock you the achievement as soon as you accept the conditions. However if you have not previously achieved 24 hours play time i would suggest leaving this achievement until afterwards as it is much more fun to use overpowered guns such as the commando rather than work your way from nothing again.

Might want to note that they should get the Shaken, but not Stirred achievement out of the way before doing this. Unless they want to grind up to level 42 again.

UNOBTAINABLE DUE TO SERVER CLOSURE
After achieving rank 50 your next step, rank wise, is to enter 00 specialization. Simply select the option to enter 00 specialization but beware you will lose all the weapons and gadgets you have obtained!

Once you have reached level 50, you will have to option to have your rank become a specialization, essentially prestiging your level. Once you choose to do this, you will unlock this achievement.
