The cheapest, fastest way to earn this achievement is to buy the 4 attachments for the shotgun class at 6,040 XP. However, you may want to save your hard earned XP on other weapon classes that may be more useful than the shotgun. You may always replay a mission to get more XP if it's under the same save file though...

This trophy is fairly easy to obtain. In order to unlock this trophy, you must unlock all attachments for any gun class. The classes are pistols, rifles, submachine guns, shotguns and sniper rifles. The easiest way to obtain this trophy is to buy all attachments for the shotgun class, because it only has 4 attachments. The total XP required to purchase all upgrades for the shotgun is approximately 6,040 XP. You should be able to obtain this trophy early in Fort Knox of Goldfinger, as you should have enough XP to purchase all shotgun upgrades by then.

To unlock this achievement, you will need to purchase every attachment for one weapon class. The best weapon to obtain this achievement with is the shotgun as you only need to purchase 4 attachments to fully upgrade it. You can purchase weapons upgrades from the main menu by going to 'Single Player', 'Agent Profile', then Upgrade shop, or alternatively, you can access the upgrade shop while playing a mission by pressing 
and then selecting 'Upgrade Shop'. You will need a total of 6040xp to be able to purchase all 4 of the shotgun upgrades.
You earn xp by completing objectives and challenges during missions.
