To earn this achievement that's called "Distracting", you must distract an enemy.

This is very simple to do. Once you start playing the Goldfinger mission, you will eventually meet up with Pussy Galore and go into an elevator. Once you get out, you'll encounter a guy that's unsure of you and you'll immediately get into a fight. Follow the instructions and beat him up until he's dead, then continue to follow Pussy Galore. She'll see two men and ask you to find a way to distract them. That's when Tanner will instruct you to use your wristwatch on an acoustic device. In this case, it's one of three cameras, the first one you'll see directly in front of where Pussy Galore is standing, above her head on the wall above. Hold down the left trigger and aim it at the camera. If done correctly, you will see your reticle go red. While holding down the left trigger, hold down the right trigger and the wristwatch will begin its work on the camera. Once it's done, the enemies will be like "What was that?" or something like that. Just stay away from their view, hiding behind Pussy Galore. It will take a few seconds after destroying the camera and distracting the enemy for the achievement to unlock.

There are many ways to get this achievement.

After you meet Pussy Galore, & finish fighting the Guard, Aim for the second camera above the guards & follow Tanner's Instructions on using the Laser in your Watch. after that, a guard will go to check, wait until he goes inside the door & then knockout the other guard to continue.

You can also use a Distraction Dart, which you can use in the License to Kill & Moonraker Missions :)
