To get this achievement you'll need to complete the On Her Majesty's Secret Service missions - Alpine Valley and Blofeld's Lair. The achievement will pop on the mission review screen at the end of Blofeld's Lair.

How do I speed up in the skiing-part? I always end up with snail-speed despite pressing every possible button.

should speed you up. That and not hitting trees :) if that doesn't work, let me know and I'll pop in the game when I get off work.

This is story related and cannot be missed. After completing the missions: Alpine Valley and Blofeld's Lair, you will unlock this trophy.
