Win 5 matches each in 4-person vs., 4-person team vs. and 2-person vs. The co-op under multiplayer is local only and doesn't count towards this achievement. This will go very quickly when boosted and everyone just drops pieces until they lose.
You can check your stats in the leaderboards if you are not sure how many wins you have for a particular mode.

Can this be done with 2 consoles and having 2 profiles logged in? Just trying to clarify the flagging for this or do I need to find 3 other people online to boost with? Thanks

I'd guess that it's four people on four consoles, but it's been a very long time since I boosted this.
