You need 4 controllers to get this. Best way to get this is invite a few friends over and play some games till you all get rating of 7. If you have 4 controllers than extend the time of each period. Pick up one of the controllers get that player to a 9 or so because he will lose points after, then pick up another controller and repeat. After all your players have good numbers hold the ball to run out clock.

For this achievement, you'll have to start a "Captain Your Country" campaign from the Main Menu again, this time setting up a 4-player campaign, doing so by changing "Players" to 4.
Then start a game (all 4 players will participate in it) and try to keep your rating-indicator above 7 at all times. Each player starts out with a rating of 6.0.
The most important criteria for a good rating are:
- scoring goals
- providing assists
- staying at your position (use the markers shown when you're too far away from your position as guidelines)
- successful tackles
To get the Achievement, simply let all four players play as defenders, namely Left Back, Left Center Back, Right Center Back, Right Back.
Simply bass the ball along the defense over and over again. There is no need to score any goals, just keep the ball between the four of you and watch the player ratings reach over 7.0 for all players.
