In offline Fifa World cup mode you have to finish the group stage without conceding. You get it after the 3rd group stage game. You can even use the 2 controller trick by forfeiting with player 2 right after kick-off.

Select "2010 FIFA World Cup" from the Main Menu, set the difficulty to Semi-Pro or higher and finish the group stage (your first three games) without conceding a goal, meaning you'll have to win each of your first three games without your opponent scoring on you.
This could pose a problem if you're not into defending, but I did it like this:
Score one goal, then pause the game, select "Team Management", change your formation to 5-4-1.
When you're back in the game, press 
until you've reached "Ultra Defensive", then press 
twice to change to "Offside Trap" and 
twice to change to "Counter Attack".
When you're playing like this, your whole team will play defensively and only open up to get a fast counter attack.
NOTE: Make sure to set the difficulty to Semi-Pro or higher.
