How to unlock the Practice Makes Perfect achievement in 2010 FIFA World Cup - Definitive Guide

Forfeit one of your qualifiers and then just enter the practice arena, it should unlock.

This achievement will only work in either "Captain your Country" or "2010 FIFA World Cup" mode.

Simply lose a match and then select "Training" as soon as you're back in the Menu.

Instead of playing through a whole game to lose you can also quit out during a World Cup match, losing 0:3 by default. Then just hit training and the Achievement will unlock.
