Fairly easy after you learn how to score penalty's. Its not that hard and you should have it within 5 minutes.

In the Main Menu, select "Training Ground". Once you're able to control the player, press BACK and select "Penalty Shootout Practice".
Score 5 times and the achievement will pop.
