This works in any ranked game mode on Xbox Live.
I got this while playing "Online FIFA World Cup". Select your team, make sure you're behind (if your opponent doesn't score, go for an own goal) and quit out of the match.
Do this 5 times and this (stupid) Achievement will unlock.
