It tells you exactly what your average rating is. try and keep it above a 8. if you have a few bad games its no big deal. keeping an 8 is not hard. Don't forfeit any games though as it averages in a 0. Sucks that you have to play pointless friendlies.

Another achievement that will come over the course of your "Captain your Country" campaign.
Just make sure you keep your match ratings above 8. I managed to get over 9.0 in every match I played until now, so you should be good if you keep scoring goals.
The most important criteria for a good rating are:
- scoring goals
- providing assists
- staying at your position (use the markers shown when you're too far away from your position as guidelines)
- successful tackles
If you're having any problems with getting match ratings above 8, try this:
Take the ball, go to your own end, keep passing ball to your team mate and ask him pass back. Keep doing this, sometimes you may have to change to the other side as your opponent comes too close.
