Win the World Cup in CYC. By the time you get to the knock out stage you would have played enough games to be able to have no problems.

Not really much to say here; start a new "Captain your Country" campaign from the Main Menu, qualify for the World Cup and win it.
Playing with a 5-star team like Spain or England helps, as well as playing as a midfielder/striker to help your team score enough goals.
If you're having problems with this you can change the difficulty to Amateur.
