Chapter 1. This achievement is missable.
In Chapter 1, after leaving the NSFPD Station, you will get access to Golden Gate Park on your map. Go there and speak to the Water ROM robot walking around on the first screen. You will learn his name is ALPHiE i83, and he will offer you some water. Take the water and use the Map to travel back to your apartment. Select your Plant on the windowsill and press the left icon to use an item on the Plant. Select the Water to attempt to water your plant. Turing will stop you and say, "Hey! Didn't I tell you no more watering? Give me that." Turing will take the water from you.
