Can be done after leaving Nonya's and when heading to the Blogger's Home. DO NOT GO INSIDE yet. You need to pet a cat (hand icon) that appears randomly in three different areas in each area.
Just fast travel between the three until you find the cat. Make sure you pet it twice just to be sure.
