Prologue. This achievement is missable.
At the very start of the game, in the Prologue, you'll start in an apartment. On the far right of your screen, you'll see a light brown colored cabinet which is your Fridge. Select the Fridge, then select the right Hand icon to Open the Fridge. It will contain mustard and spoiled milk. The option will automatically come up to either "Take milk" or "No thank you!" Take the milk. You must take the milk before using the Bed to go to sleep.

*NOTE: Keep the spoiled milk in your inventory for later in Chapter 6, when you will need it to unlock Farewell, Old Friend if going for that achievement during this playthrough.
