In the prologue, while using Lappy, use OK Today and read all 4 articles then use LIPS\\inbox and look at all 8 emails.

Prologue. This achievement is missable.
At the start of the game, you first begin in your apartment. On the desk in front of you is your laptop, known as Lappy. You must do this and interact with Lappy before you go to bed.
Click on Lappy and select the first icon, "OK Today." Select the right Hand icon to "Use OK Today." You'll have 4 news articles you can read: Current events article, Charlie Nova, Sports article, and Local news article. Select each of the 4 articles, along with the right Hand icon, to read each of them. After you've read them, select the Back button on the lower right of the news screen.
Next, select the far right icon, "LIPS\\Inbox" to read your email, and again select the right Hand icon to open it. You'll have 8 emails here to read: Spam mail, Scam mail, Bill, Work mail, Rent mail, Promotional mail, Invitation and Weekly update. Open and read each of them, and then select the Back button on the lower right of the email screen.
