Location - Level 3 Hospice
Boss- Dr Miguel

This is quite complex there are alot of steps. I have also included a video which I highly recommend as it simplifies the process. There are alternative methoda of getting this, however this is method I used.

After making your way through the Hospice you will ride a cargo elevator into the lower floor. This is the hospices secret floor and also the lair of Dr Miguel.

Ignore the room with the toxic gas it will kill you.
Instead head to a room with help scrawled on the wall. Accessed through Miguels office.
You will find a gas mask in here. Put the mask on and hit the switch just outside the cell. This releases a lunatic however with your newly acquired gas mask you can simply lure enemies into the toxic room for easy kills.

To the side of the toxic room is a small cell with a child chained up. Walk into the room and collect the gas canister, place the canister in the machine outside the locked door. Now just off the corridor with two huge padded cells is another machine with a canister, again collect the canister from that machine and place it in the machine outside the locked double door.

After saving hit the machine to turn on the toxic gas. This lures Dr Miguel Outside. However you now need to poison him. Head into the room he came out of and pick up the bolt cutters.

Head back near the cell with help scrawled on, in the cell beside where the lunatic came from is a child Liz. Use your bolt cutters and free Liz. Move her into the room with the other chained child near the first toxic room.

Go back to the machine which you turned on and Take out each canister and move them into the machine at the bottom of the red tiled corridor. The room with help should be clearly visible from this position.

Once the canisters have been placed into the second machine.
save your progress

Make sure your gas mask is still on. Now turn on the machine and you will see the double cells where Liz was held are now filled with Toxic gas.

Finally it's a case of luring Dr Miguel into one of these cells and then hitting the buzzer to lock him in and watch him die.

I found it easier to walk into the first cell and then into the second. He appears to follow your path rather than following your directly, so Even if he sees you walk into the second cell he still follows your original path.
