I must admit I assumed that this would be cumulative, but it is instead achieved through consecutive cigarette smoking.

So just smoke a cigarette by combining the packet with the lighter, and as soon as you finish, start smoking another one.

I smoked 5-6 in a row and it popped at this point. Good luck!!
