his can be done in `Local Multiplayer` by selecting 2 players and winning the match with your main gamertag.
Just select the course you want , in this case Winter Wonderland, add a second player and win.
This also works with Manic Museum, unsure about the Haunted Manor course as I unlocked in single player , would presume it will as the other 2 did.
