How to unlock the Madly Max achievement in 3on3 FreeStyle - Definitive Guide
I'll preface by saying that in this game, User Level 20 is super high; expect this to take about 3-4 weeks of playing every single day more or less and plenty of hours per day with not too many losses. As for Level 30, which is ungodly high, the current max level (no longer; current max is 40, which I won't even talk about), you can expect that to take about two months (or one additional month past level 20).
You start at Level 1 and level up by accumulating EXP, which you can only gain from playing matches in fixed increments as follows. In 1vs1 a win will give you 160 EXP and a loss 120 EXP, whereas in 3vs3 a win gives you 220 EXP and a loss 180 EXP. Obviously, to level up the quickest, you want to play only 3vs3 and win every match you can. Losing often will increase the time this takes drastically in the long run, so try playing with friends or make friends with good randoms you encounter. Opt to group up after matches if your teammates were good and roll with them a while, maybe add them as friends to play again another time. I emphasize this because a lot of players are completely clueless and there are several groups of people who play competitively, who have purchased microtransactions, have really good characters and communicate tactics effectively, so expect some very unfair, one-sided matches if you don't team up with good players and have senseless Joeys on your team. If you come across such a group, wait a minute before searching for a match again, because there is a high chance to be matchmade with the same group and get wrecked another time...
With that said, I'm going to mention that this solution is not here to teach you how to play well, or we'd be here all day. You can use common sense, read the basketball position responsibilities on Wikipedia, study every character's attribute numbers in-game to learn their strengths and weaknesses, use your character's skills effectively, check out every other character's skills to learn what they are capable of, fake pump when necessary, learn from experience, have a balanced team composition, Youtube videos, Google searches, the 3on3 subreddit, etc. There are plenty of resources and strategies you can find if you search for knowledge.
Instead, this solution is here in order to put the grind of leveling up into perspective. Therefore, I kept track of the EXP required to advance from level to level and the number of full 220 EXP wins in 3vs3 required to reach the next level, written between brackets. The purpose of that is to underline the almost absolute minimum number of matches you have to play between levels and also overall, if you add them up. My list is below:
Level 1→2 — ??? EXP (2 W in 1vs1; cannot access 3vs3 yet)
Level 2→3 — ??? EXP (3 W)
Level 3→4 — ???? EXP (6 W)
Level 4→5 — ???? EXP (9 W)

Wait so can i get this at level 20? Or do i now have to get to level 40

Level 20 will usually take somewhere between 350-500 games, depending on your win/loss ratio. This trophy is deceiving as you can continue to progress beyond level 20. At any time in the main menu you can look at the top-right-hand corner of your screen to check your current level and see how much xp is needed to reach the next level.
This guide was translated automatically.
If you don’t want to suffer or work hard to get the rest of the trophies, it is recommended to close them before you reach profile level 30 (European servers), otherwise access to low priority with low-level opponents will be closed, and P2W comrades will be waiting for you.
