Firstly, you must be playing a 3vs3.
For this, you need to be towards the end of the 2nd half or towards the end of an overtime, either tied or losing by 1 or 2 points, but no more. Then, in the last 2 seconds, YOU have to shoot the ball and it must leave your hands while the timer is still running and it must go through the basket when the timer is already out, in order to WIN the match (if tied or losing by 1, you must score either 2 or 3 points; if losing by 2, you must score a 3 pointer). The crowd will run on the court to cheer if done right and the achievement will pop shortly after.
