if you want to get this easily then get to level 45 and just keep restarting the level once all the ice is broken. you don't even have to make any moves

interesting, mine is stuck at 30% which is 1500, the amount required for the smaller achievement for breaking ice... anyone figure out how to fix this?

as suggested to me by Chunkeh Munkeh, i tried to keep breaking ice. i was told that restarting can cause your counter to reset, but still be listed at the number for the smaller achievement. after a few rounds of breaking the 80 blocks of ice at the beginning of level 25, my counter started moving again. so if your counter freezes, do not give up.
