How to unlock the Glorious Journey achievement in 4 Elements II Special Edition - Definitive Guide
I found this easiest to do on the third section of the wind levels. The Sorceress. This is the first level where you get the Swap power-up. It's charged by matching yellow.
If you work at clearing all colours apart from one, leaving yellow to fuel your power-up you can slowly build a chain.
The colours you swap don't have to be adjacent to each other either so you can easily move things around to give yourself a big block.
Don't worry too much about your timer as the achievement will pop as soon as the tiles do, you don't need to finish the level as well.

Do you know if this is glitched at all? I made a chain of 24 and it didn't popup and then I had a chain of 26 and still didn't popup.

As far as I know this one isn't glitched, does the achievement show as unlocked in the in-game achievement list? If it does restarting the game should cause it to unlock.

Another location I found was Level 41, Faun. gather up yellow Swap mana at the beginning as you move along. Shortly into the level, you'll have a circle pipe you have to align to continue. Soon afterwards is a big area covered in ice, with green runes and rocks underneath.
Attempt to blow up rocks with a short set of 5 green runes, and hope that they are replaced by more green runes, or that there's only a gap of 1 rune between the left and the right sides of the area. Use your Swap magic to exchange the bad rune with another green one if it bridges the gap, then met your 20+ runes.
If you aren't lucky, you can restart the level and hopefully get it the next time. I think I only needed 3 tries to get a set of 27 runes in a row, netting the achievement.
