50 Years

Over the course of a playthrough of this game, you will unavoidably get the ability to level up your perks. There are five perks (one in each of five columns), and each one has five tiers. There are achievements tied to increasing each perk to its fifth tier. If you haven't already beaten the game to get all story related achievements, do so first (refer to Victory (100G)) because we will be only doing short partial playthroughs to get the perk related achievements. During your story playthrough, as mentioned in its walkthrough in Victory (100G), focus on a single perk to level it up five times. As a result, you should now only need four additional quick partial playthroughs to get all of the remaining perk achievements.

The strategy for these achievements is going to be quite a bit different. Start a new game on Very Easy, but this time choose the Byzantines as your nation. They automatically get two perk upgrades instead of one, allowing you to level up your perks much sooner than a normal playthrough.

Here is how to quickly level up a single perk to unlock all related achievements to that perk:
 

1. Hire two Peasants in Year 1
2. Build a Church in Year 3. This allows you to get perk upgrades sooner.
3. Hire a Swordsman in Year 5 (needed to win the fight this year)
4. After the fight, you will be able to upgrade your perks. Choose one column, and because of the Church and playing as the Byzantines, you should be able to upgrade to the fifth tier all at once here

That finishes achievements for a single perk's tiers. Quit out to the main menu and repeat the steps above for each of the remaining perks to upgrade them, unlocking all related achievements.
