The name of this is a little misleading. You have to win a match that is not a homeroom match.
On the Three and Out, you have to earn the $1M.
On the Showroom Showdown, you have to have the most money at the end of the game.
On the Battle of Wits, you have to reach the top of the meter in the second.
You will NOT get the achievement if you play a Three and Out and the other player(s) strike out.
