How to unlock the No Man Left Behind achievement in 60 Parsecs! - Definitive Guide
So, I was having a terrible time/luck if I rescued 3 crewmates from the space station. It was hard to grab enough food/materials/items as well and then if you crash landed and everyone got injured, that was basically the run over.
There is an event something along the lines of 'iron filings spilling in under the door' and/or 'nanobots' which if accepted (thumb up 👍) gives you a new crewmate.
With this knowledge I chose Emmet as my Captain and picked only 2 crewmates to rescue (usually not Baby as he takes up 3 carry slots and I rarely needed strength). This allowed me to collect say most materials, key items (medkit, book, duct tape), 6+ food plus any other items I could grab in the time.
Then land on the first planet and keep your crew alive accepting ending paths as you go, but making sure to not complete the final event for any ending. Pray that luck is on your side and you get the nanobot event at some point after you've landed on a planet. Then complete the ending path you've been holding off.
It should be easy to manage food/meds for 3 crew once you have a member going out scavenging - just make sure you send them out with the correct equipment each time.
For me personally, I landed on Phobonos, started the ending when you heal the dude and you have to go off to the fortress, then failed the last event (by not going to the haven). Then I started on the convict path and when they asked me for 100 battery, I just kept saying 'thumbs down 👎' until I hit the nanobot event. Which was on about day 155 - so the game kept me waiting! I then gave them 100 battery and a couple of days later the final event showed for the attack. I rescued DeeDee and Tom, and the event gave me Meaghan. I upgraded my crafter once and the space suit twice. This allowed me to get to the shorter scavenges and more variety of locations (if you keep going to the same place you get fewer returns). And by day 40 you've probably got every item, most upgraded, and the materials to repair/resupply anything, so the pirate/robot/communist attacks can be fended off every time.
Admittedly it took me several tries to get this as I kept accepting the final event for an ending too soon, but definitely fewer tries than starting by rescuing 3 crewmates from the start. Of course it's possible, but I feel luck is more of an element when you have 4 crew for any length of time.
Hope this helps, but if you've been playing this game a lot, then no doubt you've considered this option anyway.

Everything is quite simple here, you need to finish the mission with a good ending (that is, with the ending in which everyone can survive, for example the colonization of the planet Mutopia). It is necessary that all four of the crew survive to the end.
