Using any captain you like, collect 3 crewmates so as to better your odds of making an enemy and once on the ship, make the worst possible introduction speech (typically the lowest stat option like Baby making an intelligent speech) and feed the captain and only the captain daily so as to make them well-fed and vigorous while the crew starves. At least one if not all of your cremates will soon hate you and become insubordinates which will unlock you “Mutiny in Making”.
“No ticket” is made possible when the daily decision tells you that one of your cremates is particularly dangerous and should be ejected form the airlock for safety. Saying yes will eject them and earn your achievement with the rest of the crew (if not dead yet from starvation) getting a pretty rare “fear” status.
