This is officially the first guide for this achievement on the internet! Hyped I'm the first to be able to help you guys out (Don't know why the first 3 don't want to help everyone else, but oh well).
How to get the achievement:
Once you are in your shelter literally click the Fly that will fly around every few seconds!
Tip: There is a small chance it might not pop. If this is the case do it again and touch Ted's mouth
Info: Brundlefly is "The Man Fly" from the movie "The Fly" (This is an easter egg/reference) to that.
As of writing this I'm 3 achievements away from the 100%. See you all at the finish line!

May I also add, if your finding the fly to hard to catch, pause the game and ramp up the Cursor Sensitivity, worked a treat for me.
