How to unlock the Cheated Death achievement in 7 Days to Die - Definitive Guide
This solution is for all survive X amount of minutes in Single Player achievements.
Load up Single Player and put these settings (if not listed then it really doesn't matter):
Difficulty: Scavenger
Daylight Length: 18 (recommended, not needed)
Enemy Spawning: Disabled
Loot Respawn time: 5
Loot Abundance: 200
Air Drops: 24
24 hour Cycle: 10
Mark Air Drops: ON
As soon as you spawn you can either find a Desert or find a City, these 2 are extremely helpful areas to start in. Immediately get a stone Axe and destroy Cactus's (found in both areas). The fruit you get from the Cactus's give you 5 fullness and stack up to 50, if you are in the Desert area you can also collect Yucca plants, that and glass Jars (which you can find almost anywere, in anything) craft Yucca drinks which stack up to 15, keep a big supply of these 2 items and you are set to survive as long as you need, you can even watch TV or play another system, just keep drinking/eating those.
Another easy way to stay hydrated is by going to a snow area, digging up a ton of snow and using Glass Jars to make bottled water, but this requires a cooking pot (found randomly in houses) and you have to build a campfire unlike the Yucca drinks.

Simply play a single player game and rack up 500 minutes (Eight Hours & Twenty minutes) lived. Dying will not lock you out of these trophies. Please see Nearly Immortal for more information.
