To craft a Wood frame you will need 5 wood. You can collect it with a Stone Axe or with your hands. Just merely go up to a tree and RT on it until you have 5 wood collected. Open up your menu and navigate to the building area using LB and RB, then you will want to use RT and LT to get to the house Icon, click on the Wood Frame with the
button and hit 
on your D-pad, once its finished the achievement will be yours.

This achievement is fairly simple as all you have to do is craft a wood frame; it doesn’t even require you to place it or reinforce it. To craft one all you have to do is get some wood, which if you still have your Stone Ax from earlier, won’t take long. It requires 10 Wood to make 1 Wood Frame. To gather wood, just go up to a tree and hit it by pressing 
until you have 10 pieces. After you have the wood, open your crafting menu by tapping 
, click on the icon in the top left that looks like a house, select Wood Frame, and then press 
to start crafting. The achievement will unlock once the frame is finished crafting.

Crafting a wood frame is also part of Noah's tutorial when you first create a world. In order to craft a wood frame you first need to gather five pieces of wood. Once you do, open the crafting menu by pressing the 
and navigating to the "hammer" icon in the upper left corner. Wood frames will be located under the basic's tab and can be crafted by selecting it and pressing 
on the directional pad. Once the frame is placed in your inventory you'll be awarded the trophy.
