This achievement will unlock one you beat the final boss while using Lola (the female character).
The achievement will unlock during the final cut scene.
This achievement can be unlocked in either campaign or chapter mode (if you have already finished it with Mike) HOWEVER, you can only unlock the achievement if you SELECTED Lola at the start of the campaign or chapter. I can confirm that you cannot simply press A on a second controller (when playing with Mike) to add Lola to the end of the boss fight to unlock the achievement. Even if she gets the last hit, it doesn't matter.
