This achievement will unlock one you beat the final boss while using Mike (the male character).
The achievement will unlock during the final cut scene.
This achievement can be unlocked in either campaign or chapter mode (if you have already finished it with Lola) HOWEVER, you can only unlock the achievement if you SELECTED Mike at the start of the campaign or chapter. I can confirm that you cannot simply press A on a second controller (when playing with Lola) to add Mike to the end of the boss fight to unlock the achievement. Even if he gets the last hit, it doesn't matter.
