The first puzzle in this game is super easy to do, and well within a minute. The puzzle is to get into Crow's office. Use "Crow's spare key" on the puzzle on his door, and them move the van piece in the following order:

I'm not sure why this achievement description says "Puzzle," but what it means is minigame. You just have to finish a single minigame without skipping it. Simply complete the first one, which is very easy, to unlock this achievement. Refer to the walkthrough in The Forgotten (30G) if you somehow need help. Once you unlock this achievement, you can feel free to skip all other minigames in the game.
